  14. Taxes help to lower inflation, by reducing money supply. The only thing you should bother is, whether inflation is coming down or not? Is your income sufficient to survive? Is your retirement savings maintaining value or not? Are you able to educate your children and enjoy occasionally? That's all that matters.
