The bassline on this song is unbelievable. Can't think of a better bassline from start to finish on any song. Colin Moulding is so good.

Wow, best interview have seen with Bjorn. He was obviously so comfortable talking with such a knowledgeable interviewer. Loved every second of this, he is an incredible man, still so sharp and inquisitive. A.l is something I had a problem understanding but he explained it beautifully. Congratulations Rick, impressive stuffπππ

I was offered tickets to see her in Liverpool UK but I don't know a single song of hers so wasn't going to spend a couple of hours bored out of my mind.

Ride Like The Wind is one of my favourite ever songs. He seems like a nice guy. Enjoyed his chat with Rickπ

I admire Sting so much as a musician but I can't stand his arrogance as a person. He always strikes me as looking down his nose at everyone, but massive credit to Rick, Sting actually loosened up and wasn't as patronising as he is to others, especially towards the end of the interview. Rick is so well informed and has so much musical know how himself he managed to win Sting over and even got a compliment! If you want to see the opposite of Sting though look at the Brian May interview Rick did, Brian is the most likeable, humble musician on earth.

@kevinrice70Β Yeah Andy wrote it and it's an unbelievable bassline. Colin is a great player though, I love the bass on all their songs. My one dislike of this era was the fact they had session drummers, I never like session musicians as much, it sounds too processed, I think Terry was missed but that's just me.

Rumours definitely. Buckingham's production was so ahead of its time. Dashut said him and Callait were the engineers but Lindsey produced it.

Nuno still looks amazing. Great interview as ever. Rick is the bestπ

Any chance of Lindsey Buckingham Rick?? I know he's been quite ill with long Covid but he's very eloquent and such a killer guitarist. I know Jerry Cantrell, Billy Corgan and Dominic Miller are huge fans of his as well.

Production has overtaken good songwriting. These days it's too easy to write something bland or just plain bad but dress it up with fancy production techniques. Here in the UK the charts are full of terrible r n' b and dance music. I am resigned to just listening to stuff from pre 1995 now.

Lindsey Buckingham doesn't get the credit he deserves.

Brilliant interview yet again. Billy is a very eloquent and talented man but he does seem to struggle keeping eye contact with interviewers and why isn't he facing Rick? As the interview goes on he seems to turn more towards him but it looks a bit odd. Is this him being arrogant or some sort of issue he has?

Thank you so much for interviewing Jerry. Such an incredible songwriter. Loved this π

This was my favourite interview yet! Great to see these two still in good health and there were some stories I had never heard before. John hasn't lost his touch on the drums either. Great interview Rickπππ

Dave has done very few interviews since Taylor's death. I think he still finds it hard to discuss.

Wonderful interview. Dom plays beautifully and that guitar has such a great tone. Nice to hear him mention Lindsey Buckingham as an influence. Any chance you could interview Lindsey Rick? He is also very articulate and an amazing player.

It's such a con. Take someone like Harry Styles. I heard an interview with him and he was talking about songs he'd written but you look at the credits and there's 4 or 5 writers. What bit did he write exactly? When you see 7 or 8 writers on certain songs I really don't get it? Madness.

Modern music is absolute c***, even bands I used to like are going down the dance/ autotune route. Keep doing what you're doing Rick, we need you to speak the truth.

I actually preferred STP and Alice in Chains to Nirvana or Pearl Jam.

This is the best channel on You Tube ππππ

I dread to think what popular music will be like in 50 years time. Guitars, drums etc will be redundant. A.I scares me, machines running the world isn't how it was meant to be.

The one shining light is sales of vinyl have really increased in recent years. Here in the UK anyway, not sure about in the USA. I think magazines folding here haven't helped either, they are either folding or costing too much to entice people.
