My mother has dementia and is disabled, there was no way she was going into a home. Fortunately we have carers who help us out but the rest we do ourselves, yes it's hard and tiring but I don't care, when she's gone it will be far worse. I want the best for her and if it means less holidays and more hard work then so be it.
