@elliotdavis5039 😂 The ban was for 5 years. The main losers were Arsenal and Everton who were the only other two clubs besides Liverpool to win the league. Spurs would have qualified for the UEFA cup. And they weren't much good then anyway. You can't even win trophies with this team. And the ban was as long as it was because there had been various fans of English clubs and fans of the national team who had been locked up for hooliganism during that era. Watch the BT doc about it. Have never once heard anything Arsenal fan complain and they would have had a shot at the main European trophy not the mickey mouse one. Liverpool lost out on 3 chances to win the European cup so they rightly got the worst punishment.
