  22. The point is, kid docked the bike, no longer his business! Then She legally purchased the bike, at that point the had no right to touch that bike or say anything to the woman period! But he did and pushed the bike into the dock! Then being sneaky rescanned so he could take the bike! He forced possession of the bike from the woman! After docking that bike that kid had no right to touch it or say anything, he is wrong, she is right, i don't care about the phone, it's not like she could leave with it, that kid CAUSED this whole thing!
