They're trying to find ways to manipulate the numbers because the educational system in America has become so bad and they don't want anything to be changed they want to try and blame it on poor people and the evil of the rich and the fact is the evil is the Democrats the Liberals the ones that have destroyed our education system from within to put us like what 27th on the list instead of number one. I'm so sick of this crap the only ones concerned with race are the Democrats the rest of America don't have that problem is the hatred and the division propaganda of the left they are the ones that created racism they created the hatred I've tried to hold communities down so that they can keep on screaming the race card it's a lie
