I understand what you mean by all the many different opinions but I must say I enjoy your opinion because your opinion always seems to be based in safety availability and using your equipment for multiple purposes which I feel is very important in a survival situation you carrying all your gear then you carrying an x 2 at some added weight when you're traveling over a long distance or rough Terrain in a survival situation you don't always have all your stuff but you can always have your knife and a fire starter. And you can never overdo it on safety because in a survival situation you got no doctor to run to you are your doctor so the best choice is not to get hurt. I really enjoy your videos
