  1.  @captainjoejoe  The Minsk agreement had nothing to do with NATO expansion, are you on glue? It was Russia that broke the Minsk agreement's, they were supposed to remove their forces from Ukraine and withdraw their support for the rebels. They did neither and violated the Minsk agreements on day 1. Of course there would be no need for Minsk if Russia hadn't violated the Budapest memorandum.
