  9. Not sure where you heard this twaddle but Russia has 1 tank plant that refurbishes around 200 tanks a year. Russia produces no new tanks a year the T14 is its new model and its a complete disaster. Everything else is just refurbished T72's (which are dependent on smuggled western tech). They also ship stock T62, and T54/55's to the front as fodder.
