VLAD-08090 Russia began its invasion of Ukraine in 2014, prior to that there was no western weapons in Ukraine.

VLAD-08090 There was peace in the Donbas before Russia invaded.

VLAD-08090 No because Russia had invaded in 2014. Its like what Strelkov said. "I'm the one who pulled the trigger of war. If our unit hadn't crossed the border, everything would have fizzled out, like in Kharkiv, like in Odesa, nobody there wanted to fight until his unit seized Sloviansk." And of course as Putin admitted Wagner was a branch of the Russian army. "I want to point out and I want everyone to know about it: The maintenance of the entire Wagner Group was fully provided for by the state. From the Ministry of Defense, from the state budget, we fully financed this group.”

@oofoof1206 Two small towns right on the border in two years. What an unstoppable juggernaut.

VLAD-08090 Also known as an invasion.

VLAD-08090 "Officially, Wagner had nothing to do with the Ministry of Defense." That directly contradicts what Putin said, are you calling him a liar? You can do any sort of mental gymnastics you like but it won't change reality. Go ahead and believe whatever makes you feel fuzziest inside though.

@sashap5747 Sure bud, nobody was getting shelled until Russia invaded, if they hadn't there would be no casualties in the Donbas.

VLAD-08090 Russia invaded because it sent its forces into Ukraine. There is still no NATO troops in Ukraine to date the foreign legion isn't military forces. Everything that is being done is in response to Russia invading, its time to rejoin reality bud.

@sashap5747 Nobody believes you bud, you are just some random guy on the internet. First of all it wasn't a coup, it was a protest movement. It would be the first successful "coup" in human history that ended with the same government it started with. Second Russian agitators crossing the border is the sole reason for separatist sentiment. All the people involved say as much, you can refer to the Strelkov quote higher up in the thread. Moreover this wasn't even the first time Russia attempted this in Eastern Ukraine, after Russia poisoned Viktor Yushenko. Yuri Lushkov, ex mayor of Moscow and leading figure in Putin's party with Kolesnikov tried the same thing with Kharkiv as the regional capital. This failed but ten years later Russia sent in their own forces to ensure success in the Donbas.

@sashap5747 When Moldova attacked Moldova and Chechnya attacked Chechnya- at first no one understood anything. When Georgia attacked Georgia and Tajikistan attacked Tajikistan thoughts began to come that all this looked somehow murky. A clear understanding of what was happening came when Ukraine attacked Ukraine. Russia is terribly unlucky with its neighbors - they constantly attack themselves. It will soon be seen that Belarus will attack Belarus, and Kazakhstan recently also attacked itself, but unsuccessfully. There are “civil conflicts” everywhere and only in Russia is there a happy life. On TV. How lucky Russians are to have TV.

VLAD-08090 Why did Russia embargo Ukraine when Yanukovych tried to sign the EU association agreement? Violating the Budapest memorandum in the process. The protests were for him to call an election, not leave the country. Funny how referendums are illegal in Russia but you somehow think invading sovereign states and forcing sham referendums is somehow valid. Why not hold referendums across all the Russian Oblasts and watch the country fall apart.
1
VLAD-08090 As I already explained to the other guy there is a difference between a protest and a coup. What happened wasn't a coup it was a protest which started after 100% of Ukraine's parliament, including his own party, voted for Yanukovych to step down and he refused. It would be the first successful coup ever that ended with the same government it started with.

@sashap5747 Your personal appeals are worthless. You are random guy on youtube, nothine else. Actually I'm a member of the Russian government and we shelled your house. See how that works?
1
@sashap5747 There is no shortage of quotes from Russian's who were there from the first days of the invasion, including Strelkov and Prigozhin. Feel free to read them instead of posting more foolish comments.

@sashap5747 Also your personal appeals are worthless. You are random commenter, nobody else. I'm actually a member of the Russian government, and we specifically shelled your house. See how silly that is?

@sashap5747 Oh wait, you're the guy who said Russia's strategy was "purely defensive." You may be terminally brain damaged and unable to participate in reasonable discourse.

@sashap5747 Oh wait you are the guy who said Russia's strategy was 'purely defensive.' Things like common sense may be beyond you.
