@OshinAttari It wasn't some great victory, just a much stronger country taking out a weak one with minimal effort. Which is what a conflict between Iran and the US would look like today. I even said as much in my original post where I said they took them out as an afterthought.

@OshinAttari lol ok so the US should only send 2 ships to make it fair then? Does that sound smart or dumb to you? The USN is very powerful and the gap between them and Iran is even larger now then it was then.

@syncopatedfeb4770 Yeah the Irainian navy is quite pathetic it didn't take much to sink half of it. And what do you mean rip stark and jackson, neither ship sank.
