  1. Those 30 countries haven't started fighting yet. By your logic Ukraine is fighting China, India, North Korea etc etc. Ukraine is fighting 3/4 of the worlds population.

  3. Nope, The M39 version of the ATACMS is guided by a set of laser gyros that constantly determine the missile’s position, and correct its course, by calculating how fast it’s going and in what direction relative to its launch position.

The initial rhetoric didn't even mention it, Russia tried to claim then that they were withdrawing from Kyiv to focus on the Donbas. The people in the room claim that there was no realistic prospect of a peace treaty.
