People had the same fears when the USSR collapsed but nothing came of it, not that we shouldn't be concerned just that with the rhetoric coming out of Russia these days I don't think Russia's collapse increases the odds of Armageddon.

It would be foolish for Russia to attack NATO but it was foolish for them to attack Ukraine.

@RRRR0707 Russia did capture the Donbas? I must have missed that, along with everyone else. Unfortunately for you and Russia cameras exist, Russia has lost around 14k armored vehicles and hundreds of thousands of soldiers. Russia has lost around 20k men and hundreds of armored vehicles in the past 2 months alone in their inept attempts to take Avdiivka. Its time to rejoin reality bud.

@hyhhy Russia has had 70-80% of the Donbas since 2014. I wouldn't hold my breath on them capturing all of it any time soon if I was you.

@hyhhy Almost everything Russia controls they had in 2014 or took in the initial shock of the invasion. Since lines have stabilized Ukraine has taken far more ground than Russia. Ukraine has retaken over 50% of the territory Russia once held. Russia's current offensive has been a disastrous failure. Hundreds of armored vehicles lost and tens of thousands of kia and wia to take some empty fields and a dirt pile.

@hyhhy Lol Russia has a bunch of failed offensives bud. I never thought they would have one that made Vulhedar look good but here we are. Russia controls roughly 17% of Ukraine. Imagine if the US invaded Mexico then after 2 years of WW1 style attrition warfare with tens of thousands of armored vehicles lost and hundreds of thousands of kia/wia the US controlled 17% of Mexico. How would you rate that invasion? Oh and this is after losing over half of the territory they once occupied and losing the battle of the Gulf of Mexico to a country with no navy. This invasion has been a humiliating disaster for Russia no matter how you try to spin it. But I'm sure the front will collapse any time now despite there being no evidence of that happening. (let me guess in three days) Believe whatever makes you feel fuzziest inside if it helps you cope.

@masterqui-gonjinn90 I completely agree. However Putin was fooled by his own propaganda once rather then let it happen again we should be doing all we can to help Ukraine end the threat there.
