Russia is producing around 1500 per year. Most of those, 86%, are refurbished older models, this also comes nowhere close to replenishing losses. Which is what the video is about.

@Alien_isolationist Russia is producing 125 tanks a month, but the vast majority are older models that have been refurbished. About 86% of the main battle tanks Russia produced in 2023 were refurbished Soviet tanks. This is also nowhere close to enough to replace losses.

It would be incredibly stupid for Russia to attack NATO, but it was incredibly stupid for them to attack Ukraine. Russia has a long history of doing things that are incredibly stupid. Which is why, when dealing with Russia, you must always be prepared for the idiotic.
