@НиколайВ-п9н Of course it's non binding, it would have to go through the Security Council for that and Russia vetoed it, obviously. Resolution ES‑11/4 of the UN general assembly declared that the sham referendums held in the Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, which were conducted under disputed circumstances and unrecognized by the international community, as well as their subsequent annexation by Russia, are invalid and illegal under international law. It calls upon all states to not recognize these territories as part of Russia. Furthermore, it demands that Russia "immediately, completely and unconditionally withdraw" from Ukraine as it is violating its territorial integrity and sovereignty. @НиколайВ-п9н You think 143 countries voted to condemn you because the US told them to? that's hilarious. The general assembly routinely votes against American interests. There were no problems with Russians in Ukraine until Russia invaded in 2014. All the problems there have been cause by Russia.

@НиколайВ-п9н Russia is the one sticking its nose into other people's business little buddy. There would be no shelling in the Donbas if Russia hadn't invaded. Wagner was in the Donbas in 2014, and as Putin admitted it was a branch of the Russian military. “I want to point out and I want everyone to know about it: The maintenance of the entire Wagner Group was fully provided for by the state. From the Ministry of Defense, from the state budget, we fully financed this group.”

@НиколайВ-п9н According to Minsk Russia was supposed to withdraw it support for the rebels, withdraw its forces form the Donbas and return control to Ukraine under the supervision of the OSCE. Russia did none of these and violated Minsk on day one. Of course there would be no need for Minsk if Russia hadn't violated the Budapest memorandum. You should try getting your news from a source that isn't Russian propaganda.
