@nickfielding5685 No there is literally nothing in the Budapest memorandum regarding Serbia or Yugoslavia or whatever fan fiction you've made up in your mind. Ukraine also has no obligations regarding the treaty aside from giving up their nuclear weapons, they can recognize whomever they like.
