@kasunanastasiabachatasensu386 It doesn't erase a signed treaty. Let me explain this, because you seem to be having trouble grasping simple concepts. If Russia uses them Xi has two options; 1. Respond as they are treaty bound to do. or 2. Do nothing and lose face, and Xi hates losing face. Which is why he has informed his junior partner that he is under no circumstances allowed to use them. Do you understand? Considering you think Russia hasn't been using its long range radars makes be think you won't be able to understand.
