A crime he confessed to on television, that makes him a war criminal by definition. Do you have a brain? The fact that you think the Afghan war is in any way comparable to this one suggests that you do not.

You are a random nobody on the internet, your opinion is meaningless. Maybe if Canada's leaders had done something completely idiotic like confess to war crimes on television like Putin did they would have got charged too, but they didn't. The circumstances of the wars were also completely different, I don't expect you to be able to understand basic concepts like that though.
