@Mugwortcircle 2014 is when Russia began its invasion. There would be no casualties in the Donbas if they hadn't. The OSCE report that you seem to not know the contents of states that the carnage is a result of Russia's invasion.

@albback8176 Wagner was in the Donbas since 2014, and as Putin admitted they are a branch of the Russian military. “I want to point out and I want everyone to know about it: The maintenance of the entire Wagner Group was fully provided for by the state,” Putin said at a meeting with officials from the Russian defense ministry. “From the Ministry of Defense, from the state budget, we fully financed this group.”

If our unit hadn't crossed the border, everything would have fizzled out, like in Kharkiv, like in Odessa." So you are wrong, if Russia hadn't invaded in 2014 there would be no problems in the Donbas.

It's a common story, per the WHO Russia has attacked over 1600 medical facilities and objects in Ukraine since the start of the war. This isn't new for them they attacked over 800 in Syria.

@albback8176 Huh? The government wasn't overthrown, it was the same government in charge after the protests as it was before. Do you not even have a basic level of knowledge of what happened? What really happened was after Yanukovich tried to sign the EU association agreement Putin embargoed Ukraine, which was a violation of the Budapest memorandum. This led to Yanukovich backing out of the deal and the entire Ukrainian parliament, including his own party to vote for him to call an election. Instead he tried to eradicate the protesters. When that failed he fled the country, nobody asked him to do that, the protests were trying to get him to call an election, he fled on his own accord. It wasn't a coup, it was a protest movement, it would be the first successful "coup" in human history that ended with the same government it started with.
