@Sweet-Rat-Milk Russia supported communism in Africa they dont give af about Africans. Communism in the post colonial era is one of the reasons parts of Africa are still behind. Other reasons include corruption, nepotism and tribalism, colonialism that ended a long time ago is waaay down the list of Africa's problems.
