Do you really want to compare civilian casualties caused by Russia and by the US? I dont think it will go the way you like. lets do just Afghanistan 46,319 civilians were killed in the Afghan war, a majority weren't caused by the Americans. An estimated 1,010-1,297 were caused directly by US/NATO. Meanwhile in the Soviet war there; Between 850,000 and 1.5 million civilians were killed in half the time.
