@Liboch Africa's biggest problems are corruption, nepotism and tribalism. Colonialism that ended a long time ago is waaaay down the list.

@Liboch What i'm saying is that every country on earth has been colonized, the UK was colonized by the Celts, then the Romans, then the Anglo-Saxons then the Vikings, then the Normans. Its currently being colonized by Africans, Middle easterners and Asians, nobody cares though. Its only Africa which blames colonization for all its problems when in reality its a very minor factor in Africa's troubles.

@Manntashsh-Pyrre-rrr8 society and the state never will mature as long as they keep blaming westerners for all their problems. Its just an excuse that in no way helps them. Japan had no experience with democracy and was completely leveled after WW2 but they introduced good policy and became wealthy. Its not some mysterious and unknowable path to prosperity, we know the steps that must be taken in order to be a prosperous state. If (parts of) Africa doesn't want to follow the path that others have set and want to blame colonialism or whatever else that's their business I guess, just dont act surprised if nothing ever changes.

@elenekuprashvili1145 Food and fertilizer are exempt from sanctions. Sanctions also only apply if a country has actually sanctioned Russia. So if for example South Africa wanted to buy wheat from Russia they could because they haven't sanctioned Russia, understand?
