  6.  @IamHandsome4u  It's common knowledge, even the CCP admits its GDP is lower then they say. The whole system is set up to encourage lying, the local governments receive funding based on certain metrics like GDP growth and Population so they overstate both. Also things like City lights at night and road and freight rail traffic are good indicators that are difficult for the government to intentionaly hide. Road traffic for example is down about 70% since 2020, and it should be going up since the end of zero covid. And the CCP is more concerned with saving face then reporting accurate numbers.
