Bridges are valid military targets (unlike maternity wards and pizza restaurants) If Russian civilians want to avoid becoming a casualty they should avoid illegally occupied territory.

@mantas6540 If you were at war with say Germany, do you think it would be reasonable to ban political parties that supported Germany? What sort of braindead country would hold elections while being invaded with a sizable % of your population under occupation? Use your head please. Every political rival in Russia ends up in the gulag or eating a polonium sandwich, you cant even hold up a a blank sheet of paper in Russia without getting arrested.

@mantas6540 Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions, Article 52, provides for the general protection of civilian objects, hindering attacks to military objectives in a war between two or more belligerents. Article 52 states, "In so far as objects are concerned, military objectives are limited to those objects which by their nature, location, purpose or use make an effective contribution to military action and whose total or partial destruction, capture or neutralization, in the circumstances ruling at the time, offers a definite military advantage." So a bridge is by definition a military target, a pizza party isn't. Got it? The bridge itself was illegally constructed on illegally occupied land, the Ukrainians warned multiple times that they were going to attack the bridge. Any civilian casualties are unfortunate but if you are a civilian and want to avoid becoming a casualty you should avoid illegally occupied territory. Particularly targets that the defenders have already stated they would destroy.

@mantas6540 I will say I admire your ability to deflect and never actually address any of the points I bring up. Not surprising considering you lack basic knowledge about burden of proof and what's considered war crimes yet still feel qualified to make confused statements regarding both. I'm mostly surprised that you haven't even brought up Iraq yet like most of your fellow travelers.

@mantas6540 Well I already addressed the how bridges are valid military targets and pizza shops aren't. Guess you missed that. As for the bizarre whataboutism that you just brought up in your last post for the first time and say I somehow didn't address i'll say that considering we don't even know who tried to assassinate Aleksandr Dugin ther's not much to say there. Putin does have a nasty habit of poisoning/arresting everyone around him though. and you can refer to my previous post about the bridge, it applies to TV stations and other means of communication. I can see you have difficulty letting things go and I have only so much time to talk to bad faith ideologs so go collect your potatoes and work on your reading comprehension.
