@summer20105707 Millions of people want to enter the US and EU because the standard of living is so high. This is a problem Russia will never have. I can guarantee that if the US was at war with Mexico they'd have the military there and would fortify the border. Well if the US invaded Mexico they wouldn't fart around a couple miles over the border for a year and a half and would have the war ended in a couple weeks.

@wederMaxim Russia existed as a member of the soviet union, and the Russan empire before it. The Russian Federation has never had good leadership, somehow Yeltzin the drunk was the best Russia could do. In the entire history of Russia competent leadership is vanishingly rare.

@sleepsmartsmashstress740 The border had been the same from 1991 until just recently. Most sane counties would consider fortifying the border of the country they plan on going to war with before they go to war.
