@Kasim0889 If Putin were to ever attempt anything he would be quickly escorted out the nearest seventh story window by his own intelligence agencies. Putin doesn't even have the authority to use them by himself, it goes down a long chain before there is a launch. All those people have to be completely beyond reason and not care about their families.

@Luiz-w5s Russia still launches attacks on Lviv, it's almost impossible to stop all attacks. You can prevent shorter range ordinance, which is the primary problem in the region.
