But ever since WW2 the rules have changed, the borders are set if you are going to be a good country you don't try to annex other countries. Everyone has got this message except for Russia. In the past 6 months Russia has gained 250.1 square kilometers. To put this in perspective during Ukraine's "failed" offensive they took 297.7 square kilometers.
