@badomen9057 Please explain how the US is in any way responsible for the Yemen civil war (which has been going on since at least the 70's by the way) If you're looking for an actual cause of the recent problems look to Iran for arming and directing its proxies in the region.

@southasianstreetshitter458 In support of the legitamate government of Yemen. If Iran stopped funding its proxies there would be no conflict there. Understand?

@badomen9057 No this is just a continuation of the civi war thats been going on for 50 years. If Iran wasn't funding the rebels there would be no conflict. Overthrow governments? The Houthi's are the rebels they aren't the legitimate government of Yemen. Its Iran trying to overthrow the government, you understand that right?

@badomen9057 These are rebels being supplied by Iran. Its Iran trying to overthrow the government, you understand that right?

Peope are starving in Yemen because they dedicate so much of their limited arable land to growing khat instead of actual food. Khat is so popular in Yemen that its cultivation consumes much of the country's agricultural resources. An estimated 40% of Yemen's water supply goes towards irrigating it, with production increasing by about 10% to 15% every year. Yemen was a disaster long before the Saudi's got involved.

@xiuhcoatl4830 So you think the American military industrial complex forced Iran to send weapons to their proxies and start hitting civilian shipping. Smart.
