@stephenpignetti6598 Dictatorships always have insane approval ratings. You can see how much they actually approve when Wagner arrived in Rostov to citizens cheering on his coup.

@mr.patriotjol Isolationism and appeasement are both failed policies. Most people already know this though.

@sarahbrown5073 We have no idea how many civilians have died in Ukraine. All estimates are from Ukrainian controlled territory. Mariupol alone could be 100k.

@LikeLikeLikeLikeLi What county do millions of people try to get into every year, both legally and illegally? Is it Russia?

@dwu9369 You're the one peddling conspiracy theories, what do you think? Does it involve bigfoot or the Illuminati?

@mr.patriotjol You have no idea what you are talking about.

@mr.patriotjol You should try studying history instead of pretending to be some deep thinker. Do you really think the US is just going to trade and carry on normally while the world burns around them? That exact thing got the US drawn into two world wars. America's entire foreign policy for the past 70 years has been the opposite of this to avoid another one. Around 90% of the funds for Ukraine have been spent in the US. Its basically direct economic stimulus into the US economy. The US debt isn't ideal but it isn't the worst out there. China's GDP to debt ratio has been over 40% higher than the US since 2022. The US debt is still only around one years worth of revenue and interest payments are below groth rate, please spare us the trailer park economics.

@mr.patriotjol Screw the world, until you get dragged into a world war you could have prevented. This policy already failed in the past. As for why the US should help, for starters the US signed the Budapest memorandum and has an obligation to assist Ukraine. A large part of America's strength is its alliances, abandoning Ukraine now would cement the US's reputation as a fair weather ally. Russian success would also send the message to China, and other tin-pot dictators around the world that they can persue whateve conquests they want. This also undoes 70 years of attempts at non-proliferations as everyone now sees that if they have nukes they can do whatever they please. I'm also not sure why you are bring up Iraq and Libya, just more brainless whataboutism I guess. Sorry Ukraine we cant help you because of Libya, smart.

@sarahbrown5073 Do you really think Russia will allow anyone to exhume the mass graves there? Russia immediately paved over that theater they bombed that was full of children, do you think any international agency will be allowed to dig it up?

@rarirover44 Where's the S400's to protect ships in Crimea?

@michaelpetrovich5353 If there was one word to describe Russians it would be apathetic. They don't care about Putin or much else as long as they are fed, housed and have vodka to drink.
