Three times I've now asked you for the extraordinary evidence you have to prove that extraordinary claim is true. You've ducked and dodged it all three times. 2) You claimed Einstein was in agreement with intelligent design as if that proved a religious god and even pointed to an article on Spinoza to substantiate your claim. But both Einstein and Spinoza dismissed all religion and all religious gods totally and completely. Until I told you that Spinoza dismissed god completely, you truly thought his religious beliefs were backing up your argument. 3) You seem to base intelligence levels on how many childish insults you can throw at people. If that were true, you'd be the new Einstein. Unfortunately for you, it isn't. 4) I don't need to defeat you, you're doing an incredible job of achieving that yourself.

" Show the extraordinary evidence you have to prove that extraordinary claim is true. 3) What is your whole POINT here? Insult me as much as you need to, use any strawman arguments you wish to, remind me to study, but answer the questions DIRECTLY first.

  29.  @GR100K-x  It might surprise you but I DO believe we're governed by higher powers than us - and I think all religions and all gods were attempting to explain those powers albeit a little naively. But it will always be impossible for humans to ever understand what those powers are because I don't believe we are equipped with the intelligence to understand them anyway. I think humans generally know there is a higher power than us but all religions just attempted to take a shortcut to understanding those powers. Every civilisation, bar none, invented a "god" to explain things because it was so much easier than the incredible hard work scientists have to put in through research. And that's why science is, for me, the mature way to understand life as much as we can - it can point to provable data of its findings. Just look at all the incredible claims of all religions, not just Christianity, they're all full of incredible supernatural claims. But all those claims dissipate into nothingness when confronted by "Prove that claim with evidence beyond you read it in a book."

And I only doubt Christianity because it makes the same supernatural claims that every religion makes to try and make itself sound more believable, when really they were all written by humans trying to explain life. I think religious people are right in the sense there are far higher powers than us at work, I think they're wrong in inventing what those powers are and demanding that human beings agree with their invention. Anyway, what do you believe?
