  1.   If you held a poll in the UK saying "do you want the right to own and carry guns", it would lose by about 95%. And you're right Jake Yatta, it is 2015.  It's not 1715 - we evolved past guns ages ago. The United Nations concluded a report on gun homicide rates saying "The United Kingdom has one of the lowest gun homicide rates in the world".  Meanwhile, the USA has the 7th worst gun homicide rate. Why would we want to copy that?
