@MarsSolomon1 He wasn't arrested for "preaching the Bible", he was arrested for shouting abuse and insults at passers-by, the same as any street drunkard would be arrested for it.

Americans. The next time you wonder why the USA has now fallen to the fifteenth most-free country in the world, don't blame your politicians or your media - blame yourselves for believing stories like this one of Ryan Schiavo. Of course it's not true, I'm from England and a reporter for the local newspaper, if you want to find out why he was REALLY arrested, just ask.
10
Doesn't your religion forbid telling lies? Then I'm afraid Mr. Schiavo here is in big trouble.
5
I think you may retract your thanks when you discover what a teller of untruths Mr. Schiavo is. (No, he wasn't arrested for "preaching the Bible" as he claims - he was arrested for shouting abuse and insults to people passing by, as any drunkard would be). You Americans have got to stop believing everything you are force-fed about other countries.
5
@Vasivers By all means show me where I lied, Sir/Madam and we'll continue from there.
5
@Vasivers And learn how to be polite in any conversation before you DO continue, please, thank you.
5
@rexrobo2512 No, it's rexrobo who is playing the word games. "anything spoken against LGBTQ would be considered, by the LGBTQ to be abuse and insulting" Would it rexrobo? Show everyone the statistical data you researched to prove your claim to be true. How many LGBTQ did you interview to reach your figures? Where is your data stored? Answers please.

@Vasivers I have no problem with Christianity. I do have a problem with liars using it to make excuses for why they were arrested. Stop defending liars.
4
@dansaber4427 ok you just got even creepier.
4
What's really sad is that ordinary Americans are subjected to this utter rubbish. I'm from England and I can guarantee with 100% certainty that Ryan Schiavo was most-certainly not "arrested for reading the Bible."
4
@vgil1278 I need to remember I'm probably talking to someone that believes a snake, a bush and a donkey all once talked lol. Perhaps I'll wait for your Mother to come along. 😄
3
@vgil1278 Any videos yet? Just checking. How about sources that prove what the preacher said was true? No? I'll stick with the truth and ignore this typical American drivel, thanks.
3
I'm from the UK and I know you're saying rubbish. Stop it. There is not one part of the UK that has "tried to ban Bibles in public spaces" except in faked American news stories.
3
@rexrobo2512 Also friends, remember rexrobo is a believer in a book that tells him snakes, donkeys and bushes all once talked. Hardly a spokesman for adult behaviour.
3
@dansaber4427 It's 2023, not 1823. You have to PROVE what you say, not just say it. "God created everyone as a unique orientation" did he, dansaberd4427? Prove it.
3
@dansaber4427 Don't tell me what I am, dan, thanks. I know better than you. I'm not any of the letters of LGBT, so don't try and tell other people what they are whether they like it or not in future.
3
@lucindabrashear695 As Einstein wrote - the Bible is just childish, primitive legend. What else but religion could make grown adults believe in talking snakes, talking bushes and talking donkeys?
2
@vgil1278 I'm not the one that NEEDS to show proof, sir. I'm not making any claims, I'm rejecting Ryan Schiavo's claim that he was arrested for preaching the Bible. You're supporting his claim, so it's your duty to show your proof that this man was arrested for what he claims. Too bad you don't have a video to show us. Of course, we can't believe you without proof.
2
@janebrown7231 This woman doesn't even live in the UK. She's being very careful in her wording so she can tell a falsehood without it actually being a lie.
2
Which god, there have been thousands of them, all of them suspiciously invisible in 2023. Weird that, huh?
2
@PJRayment I hope you're not a Christian demanding evidence, I may ask you to provide evidence for the talking snake, the talking donkey and the talking bush in your holy book.
2
@dansaber4427 You are seriously creepy, go away, stop investigating people's sexuality and then attributing it to Jesus Christ, it's disturbing.

@samuelsnowdon2271 The Bible is really taken from ancient Mesopotamian poetry and remoulded into a religious story, as most other religions were, too. (The Bible gets the "forbidden fruit" part wrong, by the way. In the original poem, it was actually "forbidden flowers". Islam carries similar translations of ancient poetry and makes even more mistakes in the translations. This is non-religious but Sir Lancelot and other alleged "Knights of the Round Table" didn't really ever exist, either, they were characters taken from Welsh poetry. .
1
@samuelsnowdon2271 "The word God is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weakness, the Bible a collection of honourable, but still purely primitive legends. No interpretation, no matter how subtle, can change this for me. For me the Jewish religion like all other religions is an incarnation of the most childish superstition." (Albert Einstein, letter to Gutkind) Einstein believed in the god of Spinoza, and the god of Spinoza was “the sum of the natural and physical laws of the universe and certainly not an individual entity or creator”.
1
@samuelsnowdon2271 Oh please, Samuel. "Common myths"? What, you mean like men walking on water, talking snakes, talking bushes and talking donkeys? No thanks, I'll stick with Einstein's view that the Bible is just childish, primitive legend.
1
@luvGod21 It's not crazy, it's just a flat-out lie. Ryan Schiavo wasn't arrested for preaching the Bible in the street. He was arrested for shouting abuse at people in the street because he thought his religion entitled him to. If you were walking down the street with your family and a Muslim started shouting abuse at your daughter because her hair wasn't covered, you'd demand the police arrested that man. The police arrested Ryan Schiavo for doing exactly that - shouting religious abuse at people. Put this lie that he was arrested for reading the Bible to rest.
1
@WesW3187 Well, apart from the fact the woman in this video doesn't even live in the UK was a minor clue.
1
Is he? Prove it with evidence. You religious people always make extraordinary claims whilst conveniently neglecting to provide that essential ingredient to substantiate what you say - evidence. And your only evidence is "you read it in a book."
1
@caroljelliott979 Yet all the people in India worship a different god. And all the people in China worship a different god. And there are three thousand gods in total and how many of them are invisible, Carol? Yours is invisible, too. Only religion could make grown-adults believe in invisible superheroes they read about in a book. And it's a book that tells its readers that snakes, bushes and donkeys all talk. You can believe that childish stuff if you want to, I'll stick with Einstein who called the Bible "Primitive legend" Donkeys don't really talk, Carol. Nor do bushes, or snakes. You believe that all you want to, I'll go back to the grown-ups. Thanks anyway.
1
@PJRayment Evidence: Well, the Kent Gazette, covering Canterbury in England, has local crime pages that corroborate my story, or if you prefer, you can contact Canterbury Police and ask them directly, they are easily found online. Now it's your turn. You give me evidence that anything this charlatan says is true and make sure the "evidence" doesn't come from a Christian website that is simply repeating his faked story. Thank you and Good Luck.
1
@PJRayment The Kentish Gazette, the newspaper that covers the Canterbury area and all crime there, will corroborate my story. Your turn. Evidence please that anything said in this video is true.
1
@kensanders3699 Yeah of course I will, Ken. That's what the followers of the other three thousand gods all say to me, too. It's time you religious people grew up and stopped believing in talking bushes and invisible superheroes in the sky.
1
@kensanders3699 Grow up, Ken. Bushes don't really talk, nor do snakes, nor do donkeys. Men don't really walk on water. The Earth isn't really only six thousand years old. The Bible just stole all these stories from ancient Mesopotamian poetry, the stories weren't meant to be taken literally. Followers of Allah all say the same thing to me you say, so do followers of three thousand other, different gods. "Hell awaits you for not believing the same childish nonsense I believe."
1
@henrydamiani1507 So what, man? I'm sure when a Christian says "It's a nice day today" I will occasionally agree with them. That doesn't mean I agree with them on everything.
1
@trulyso734 Yes but as my Mum and Dad told me, donkeys, bushes and snakes don't really talk. Yours will explain that, too, when you're older.
1
@trulyso734 Indeed that's true. However, like most countries, we grew up and stopped being told what is true by believers in invisible superheroes in the sky. It's my belief that donkeys don't really talk. Nor do bushes or snakes. You can believe that stuff to your heart's content, that's your absolute right in a free and tolerant country. But of course I don't believe it. As with Adam and Eve, they're stories the Bible "borrowed" from ancient Mesopotamian poetry and were never meant to be taken literally.
1
@trulyso734 Thanks for the chat August, I'll let you get back to your religion now. I'm done here, I promise, bye.
1
@faker1819 I was there. Were you, "faker1819"? No, you weren't. So go back to playing your channel games and let the grown-ups discuss this issue.
1
@patrickbennett3274 I am waiting to hear the FACTUAL TRUTH FROM YOU - from a UK source that doesn't have "Christian" in the title. You go first.
1
@lawrence8146 What are you talking about, man? (I mean, seriously... "trust me, bro" ?) And who on Earth told you I can't define what a woman is and that I believe children should be making life-altering decisions? That's creepy as I never mentioned either subject at all and the only person that did was you. Seriously creepy.
1
@lawrence8146 Why do you keep talking about children, I haven't even mentioned them once yet you keep asking me about them, it's really scary. I don't see anybody else talking about them, either, it's just you. You are really worrying in what you're saying here, I'm done typing to you.
