Sorry but it’s a war and Hamas has built all of its bases within and under all civilian infrastructure in Gaza and the Palestinian people pretty much have been fully supportive of Hamas doing it, so Maybe when this is over, they will vote in a government that is not a terrorist organic that is fully embedded in the civilian population
