Your going to hate me for this but I’m physician with 30 years practicing adult internal medicine And also have bipolar in my family He is very bipolar and off medications They tend to be incredibly creative, but when in the manic phase they literally live in an alternate universe. they are incredibly difficult to treat because they hate being medicated because they feel so much better in the manic phase. Bipolar can range from mild mood disturbances to completely delusions it’s different for each person Different at different times in their lives. Unfortunately with social media his rants can now be heard by millions as soon as he posts it
