I have 8 very close friends from college 5 are very liberal, 4 are moderately conservative We try not to discuss politics, but the conservatives are very open to having civil discussions and open to seeing things from the other point nor view, my liberal friends simply cannot have a civil discussion, they get incredibly emotionally agitated and hysterical, so we agree to just stay away from politics when we get together
