As a practicing physician, adult internal medicine for 28 years and a having had a father that past from dementia, it was obvious in 2019 that during Biden basement campaign that he was already showing signs of clear mild cognitive impairment. During his presidency by year 2 it had progressed to clear mild / moderate dementia. I told all my liberal family members and friends and they all made excuses for his behavior. It will go down as the biggest political scandal in US history when historians look back on his presidency
