  1. I’m sure if Biden gives preemptive pardons, the trumpDOJ will take it all the way to the Supreme Court as unconstitutional. The pardon would either have to name the possible crime, or would have to be insanely broad to cover any and all crimes during a specific time period which would be ridiculous
