  1. Sorry but most Americans doing manual labor are lazy , make little effort to do quality work, and cannot be trusted to show up on time and not be stoned. That’s the reality I had a roof put on 15 years ago, all American/ African American crew took 2 days, shitty job. Suppose to last 30 years. Roof started leaking in multiple sites. Just had a new roof installed by highly recommend company by multiple neighbors. I’m first generation. Entire crew was illegal I was on the roof talking to them and watching them work. Not one spoke a word of English, they did an amazing job and it took one day. That’s why people hire companies that use illegal Hispanic labor
