  1. If you barrow money, sign a contract, spend the money, then you, and only you are responsible for paying the money back. NOT the tax payers. I don’t feel sorry for them at all. I borrowed money for college, then I worked my ass off , lived in a 1 bedroom and ate Romain noodles for 3 years to pay them off. So F.O.
