First thing is stop all money in every agency for travel for conferences and education retreats, my aunt worked in federal government and made mid 6 figures setting up these conferences, they were just paid vacations in Vegas, Tahoe, Hawaii etc,p it’s an absolute scam. All travel, food, hotels, entertainment and excursions paid for by the tax payers
