The most important thing a human can do is from a pre teen age learn about nutrition, exercise, weight and sleep and how these are the biggest factors in an incredibly large numbers of human diseases. Avoiding any type of smoking, drugs and limiting alcohol are the next major lifestyle issues that increase health risk. It’s not rocket science
