  1. I’m gen z. Growing up before I could drive We had fast food once a week as a treat and we played sports outside or road bikes, skateboarding etc everyday fun physical activity. Both my parents worked and still cooked or prepared all our meals Now kids just play video games and watch social media crap on their devices and eat crap all day because it’s easier for their parents That’s why we have the most obese younger generations and increase in chronic health conditions It’s not rocket science.
