  1. i was tought to delete exactly one outlier on each end. it was given a complicated justification which is roughly it is more LIKELY that we are deleting a measurement mistakes but if we delete more outliers it becomes less likely.

  9. you inverted the very idea of the presumption of innocence. innocence means NO-CLAIM = NO burden of proof. the CLAIMANT in this case is Gino -- she brought up the original claim -- she has to prove it. the presumption in this case should be that she IS LYING. this is the baseline innocence.
