a simple solution: land owners own the tracks, if you want your village connected, you CONNECT IT, and you maintain YOUR tracks in a condition attractive for trains. and you operate them at a loss because you reap the spillover and you can calculate what is your overall return.

LAnd price is driven by the factors independent from landlords: such as transportation infrastructure for example, which is built ON MY EXPENSE, which in turn makes landlords parasites of a city budget in a very literal sense. but it does not mean we must nationalize land, on the contrary, we must privatize everything that creates the price of the land, and let landlord invest in their land in order to profit from it. also, LET THEM HOARD! the more they do the sooner we start ANOTHER LOCATION with blackjack and hookers.

i have my doubts about the right to repair movement. i do not want iPhone to become a repairable and therefore LOVED item. i want iPhones be completely boycotted by the whole world. and this is not an item that is difficult to boycott. it is perhaps the EASIEST item to boycott.
