  5. it is more about control, they are trying to COMPLETE the 1984. it is not only important to remain rich, but to exclude every trace of freedom from your life, and EVs are very good in this spect for one self evident reason: you can STORE petrol. you can buy petrol in advance, as much as you can store.

  9. safety factor 1.6 does not mean that the failure load is calculated to be 1.6 of a car weight. the "intended load" is several times of a car weight and this is taken 1.6 times. but the 1.3 increase of the axel weight throught the entire road network is indeed a MASSIVE cost for everybody.

  15. modern petrol cars are so fine-tuned for performance, it makes me think.... if we are to use natural gas instead of petrol, can we fine-tune a specifically gas engine, taking advantage of this particular fuel, like perhaps high pressure injectors, or make them 2-stroke with compelled ventilation of the chamber....
