@nicklenco7311 I'll see if I can find it. From memory the judge said that his actions were below the level of illegality, but he was going to imprison him for incitement. It really was just stickers.

@nicklenco7311 I'm not sure the stickers were hateful. There certainly seems to be a great width of interpretation in the law in the UK, but that is primarily because of the vagueness of recent legislation. If I were more cynical I would suspect that there might be a political aspect. Refused access to his children. Refused correspondence with his children. Solitary.

@nicklenco7311 Reply removed as per usual. Please bear in mind that we have to be exceptionally careful what we say as 3000 people have been incarcerated for social media posts in recent years in the UK.

@nicklenco7311 I have also ascertained that certain court records are not released after sentencing, because mere mention may "incite hatred". James Kennedy us a case in point. We don't know the details of his case only that he received 5 years.
