I might even go outside and visit almost anywhere urban area to see policy failure at work. In the schools, in the doctors, in the hospitals, in civic buildings, in the supermarket, in a police station, in the courts, in the media, on the net, in parliament. The policies aren't designed to work for us, if you can't see that then I'm sorry.
