@elif6908 The 'clear tax write off' charity is a ... significant thing in the USA (mind you, my understanding is that such charities don't tend to solicit donations from the public, the system is quite forgiving of the tax dodging shenanigans of the wealthy, not so much of major fraud). Rather less of one in places that have better rules (that are actually enforced) regarding what does an doesn't count as a charity.
