@Bradinator Well the first thing is that if they do the transit Properly it won't take 5 hours, so there's that. (below a certain distance, trains are actually Better for this sort of thing than planes, and I doubt the city's big enough to exceed That limit). Of course, given where it's being built and by whom, it almost certainly won't be done 'properly'.
