@4rumani that woud be the actual job title of a person other than the owner whose job it is to deal with various upkeep issues (and sometimes other stuff) on rental properties. Often handling more than one property. Not in the sense of doing the electrical work so much as ensuring that an electrician is actually brought in to do said work.
